Mini Masterpiece (far left above)
This one-tiered wonder by Sweet Tooth is anything but ordinary. The semi-naked vanilla cake is frosted with Italian buttercream and accented with unique details: A matte-black chocolate ganache trickles from the top, which is adorned with gold hand-spun sugar-glass candy and edible gold paint. Blueberries, blackberries and dark red blooms add dashes of color to this one-of-a-kind cake.

Great Heights (middle left above)
Sweet meets edgy in this stunner by the Cake Lady. Each tier is textured with vanilla buttercream, embracing wedding cake tradition. Individuality shines through in the detail on two tiers, where flecks of deep blue and gold foil are painted below a spray of fresh fruit and greenery, adding a contemporary touch.

Dripping with Detail (middle right above)
Each layer adds more interest in this Mia Stav Cakes creation. Two ganache-draped semi-naked tiers frame a buttercream-textured layer. Various fruits, including dried oranges, blueberries and blackberries, take the spotlight. These natural elements get a touch of glam from edible gold leaf, and a macaron acts as the sweet cherry on top.

Pretty in Purple (far right above)
The simplicity of this cake, with its white-as-snow middle tier with white flowers and dried foliage, make it the perfect cake for a winter wedding. Blackberries add deep dollops of color, while the rich purple frosting hints at passion, adding to the mystique. Yield Bakehouse drew from its culinary toolbox for the effects, using a spatula on the colored tiers and sponge on the white tier.
