Do you offer special group room rates for weddings?
Yes.
Is there a minimum or maximum number of rooms that you can hold for a wedding?
Wedding room blocks start at 10 rooms and as the wedding guests fill these rooms more rooms can be added to the block.
When do you have to release any held rooms that will not be used?
30 days prior to the event.
Do you offer a complimentary room for the bride and groom or anything special for wedding bookings?
Yes, the bride and groom do receive a complimentary room on their wedding night.
What type of amenities do you offer (swimming pool, fitness area, continental breakfast)?
Guests are allowed to use BeFitness free of charge. It is located next door to the hotel. Andrew€™s restaurant, which is located in the hotel, offers breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week. We also offer room service.
Is there adequate parking available for overnight guests? Is there a cost for parking?۬
Do you offer shuttle service to the ceremony and back from the reception?
Parking is free and the hotel does have adequate parking. Valet parking can be arranged. We do offer free shuttle service in Delafield. Shuttle service can be arranged to other locations for a fee.
What is your capacity for receptions?
The ballroom will seat 250. We do have smaller rooms for smaller weddings. We have had weddings as small as 12 people and as large as 250.
What is your price range for plated dinners? For buffet?
Wedding package prices are between $51.00 and $105.00 per person depending on the entrée and package that the couple choose. They may also create their own package from our banquet menus.
What is the room rental fee?
We do not charge a room rental but do have food and beverage minimums.
Am I required to use your food, beverages, and serving attendants? Or do you allow outside caterers?
Yes, you are required to use our food, beverages and staff. We do not allow outside caterers.
What is your cake-cutting fee?
The cake cutting fee is included in the wedding package price. However, should a couple choose to create their own package the price is $1.50 per person.
What time do you close?
Music and bar must end at midnight and everyone must leave the ballroom by 12:30 a.m.
