What is the capacity of your reception location? 

We have a variety of private reception rooms, holding 50-380 guests.

What are your dinner prices for a sit-down and buffet?

Pricing will greatly vary based on menu, day of week.  $50 - $150/person

What is the rental cost?

No room rental fees for reception spaces.  Food and beverage minimums required.

Am I required to use your food, beverages, and serving attendants? 

Yes, no outside food or beverage is allowed.

What is your cake cutting fee? 

We will provide a custom designed wedding cake and there will be no additional charge for cake cutting.

What is your closing time? 

Must conclude no later than 2:00am.

Is there adequate parking available? 

Yes, complimentary parking is available.

Do you have a PA system? 

A/V equipment can be rented from our in-house partner, American Audio Visual.

Do you have overnight accommodations? 

We have 355 guest rooms at the main lodge at Grand Geneva and 225 rooms also on property at Timber Ridge Lodge & Water Park.

Do you have space for doing a ceremony? 

Indoor and outdoor ceremonies sites are available for an additional fee.
