Do you offer special group room rates for weddings?

Yes, Wedding rates are always at least 20% below published leisure fares.
Is there a minimum or maximum number of rooms that you can hold for a wedding?
Based on Peak dates for weddings, Heidel House has a 2-night restriction over dates of Memorial Day - Labor Day of 20 rooms nights per day. Off Season, some restrictions apply.

When do you have to release any held rooms that will not be used?
3 weeks prior to event date.
Do you offer a complimentary room for the bride and groom or anything special for wedding bookings?
Yes. If booked on a Wedding Package with Food and Beverage. A (1) Bedroom Suite is complimentary for the Bride and Groom for day of event only.
 
What type of amenities do you offer (swimming pool, fitness area, continental breakfast)?
We offer Spa Services for all Guests, Golfing Packages, Indoor and outdoor pools, Fitness area, Game Room, Escapade Yacht Rental for Cruises, Breakfast can be built into the guest's room rate.
Is there adequate parking available for overnight guests? Is there a cost for parking?
Plenty of overnight parking on premise. There are no parking fees to guests. Self-Parking.
Do you offer shuttle service to the ceremony and back from the reception?
If the Wedding is not booked at the venue, there is a $3.00 per person round trip cost. If the wedding is booked at the Venue, a courtesy shuttle is provided for limited guests at no cost within a 10-mile radius.
Is there anything else you would like me to know?
We are a full service resort venue. We are here to assist all our guests with any need that they may have during their stay.
