An Online Relationship Celebrated Outdoors

Trends

Having met online while both living in St. Louis, Sarah and Justin's love story started in Mound City. New to the city, Justin was looking to see the sights, and Sarah offered to be the perfect tour guide. Since their meeting, the couple has been together ever since. While they recently married in a beautiful fall event in Door County, a place both feel to be idyllic, we wanted to visit the time when the couple first became engaged. Despite finding love on a computer, the natural setting seems to be a more fitting scene for Sarah and Justin's story.

From the bride:

Justin and I met online two and a half years ago. He had just moved to St. Louis to co-found a start up tech business, and he was looking to make some friends and get out on the town. I had been online for only one week when I saw his handsome picture and just thought he might want someone to show him the sights of St. Louis.  We met on a rainy spring night and have been together ever since.

Justin and I chose Door County to get married because we simply think it's just a slice of heaven on earth.  Justin is from Minnesota and my family is from St. Louis and my family has been vacationing there for eight years.  I've always wanted a destination wedding to extend the celebration, so it was an easy choice to get married in such a beautiful place where both families had to travel.

Justin and I had such a great time working with Michael Segal for our engagement photos. He's laid back, fun, and Justin and I came away with gorgeous photos.
