Angie & Kyle
July 16, 2011 at a private residence on the Kinnickinnic River in River Falls
With a request to borrow a pencil during their high school biotechnology class, Angie Barsness and Kyle Snyder started their story. After a night of biking around Minneapolis, Kyle suggests going to the Guthrie Theater to look at the skyline. They picked a place to sit down on the deserted, bleacher-style seating, where Angie started a game of “I spy” that would lead right into the big question. Their wedding took place at a clearing of the woods along Kinnickinnic River, which was only accessible by a three minute walk down a wooden path. With the day’s temperature around 100 degrees, with 80 percent humidity, a beer tent, a cake for every table and a popcorn machine made the heat bearable. After a charming night under the stars, Angie and Kyle are now living as happy newlyweds.
