Bethany + Neal: Sparkly Lakeside Wedding in Door County

Bethany and Neal held a two-day celebration for their wedding, and it was full of sparkles and laughter! From their adorable little dog to a choreographed slow dance (that turned into a hip-hop routine), this couple threw a glittery wedding full of thrifted finds. Bethany chose stunning jewels and bridesmaid dresses that matched with their pink and gold deocrations. Full of laughter and a care-free spirit, the reception(s) by the lake were both classy and joyful. Surrounded by family and friends, Bethany and Neal started their marriage with a (sparkly) bang!

From the photographer:

Inspired by sparkles of every kind, Bethany and Neal envisioned a romantic lakeside wedding in Door County, Wisconsin. By finding various details while thrifting and collecting tons of wine corks, there were so many handmade shimmery and bold statements, from table centerpieces to linens to bar signage.

One of the best parts about these lovebirds’ wedding is that it was a two day celebration! Between the different bride and groom looks and the increased time spent with family and friends, Bethany and Neal loved the fact they could have a traditional reception one day and then have a casual fun pig roast and fajita bar backyard party the next.

To surprise their guests at sundown, they even did a costume change and performed a choreographed slow dance turned hip-hop number. It was a night to remember as Bethany and Neal celebrated their first day as husband and wife!
