Maren Delaney and Justin Chaffey met while they were both working at a brewery in North Tahoe, California--Justin in the kitchen, Maren as the self-proclaimed world’s worst waitress. Instead of waiting tables, Maren spent much of her time flirting in the kitchen with the chef. A few years, a move to Minnesota and a child later, Justin had their two year old son Kade present Maren with a note written in crayon, asking if she would marry daddy. The pair exchanged vows in a summer ceremony at Windbeam Farm–pig roast, lawn games, photo booth, bonfire, camping and lots of DIY details included.
