A Wedding with Wide Open Spaces
I'm not sure what I'm more smitten with about Maggie and Justin's wedding day: her gorgeous tea-length dress, the three adorable ring bearers, the wide open spaces of Justin Trails Resort, or the way photographer Dani Stephenson caught so many heartfelt emotions in her pictures. I honestly can't pick one. The bride's dress feels glamorous, yet pairs so beautifully with the sunny outdoor ceremony. The rolling hills filled with breezy grasses, trees in full bloom, and blossoming wildflowers is simply breathtaking and provides all the natural decor an outdoor wedding needs. But the tears and the laughter of the bride, the groom, and their guests, is what really steals my heart. I can't explain it; you just need to experience it for yourself...
From the photographer:
I have absolutely adored this couple since the day I met them last January in the blistering cold at Justin Trails Resort, then later in June for their engagement session, and finally at their amazing wedding in August. They're love runs deep for faith, family, and friends, and you could feel that was what their entire wedding day was based on. Maggie's a stunning bride, her hair and her perfect tea length gown, matched Justin's excited smile. They met in a little garden to say their vows privately to each other before seeing each other for the first time. I know for some, tradition wins but the impact of this moment was more than any I have seen at the alter. Pure love and joy. The dresses (including the brides) are from Etsy, the bouquets and boutonnieres are made of wood and also from Etsy. The refurbished barn at Justin Trails doesn't need much decorating; it's big and beautiful just as it is. Maggie's pastel palette and gorgeous simple touches made for one perfect wedding.
