There are many things that you can do to transform any hotel ballroom into the wedding reception of your dreams! Start by choosing a color scheme or theme. You can get ideas from bridal magazines and wedding-related websites in which you can create your own wedding day fantasy. Accent your tables with floor-length specialty table linens and chair covers with a coordinating chair tie. Chiavari chairs can also add an elegant look to any table set up. You can also add an overlay over the base linen or table runners to each table. Floor-length table linens can dramatically improve the look and feel of the reception. 

Then, set up your tables with a set of fine china, flatware, glassware, and the perfect centerpiece. There are a variety of centerpiece options, which will depend mostly on your budget.  Alternating high and low floral arrangements or tabletop candelabras can add height to your tables—especially if you are in a room with high ceilings. All of these items can be rented, so don’t worry about having to purchase all of your table décor.      

Lighting can also change the look of an empty room. Uplighting with LED lights will wash the reception with colors of your choice; this is an inexpensive way to create a dramatic ambiance to your reception. Use these programmable LED lights along every wall or even just behind your head table.
