Candice and Willie are a down-to-earth couple that planned a comfortable and chic wedding at The Lageret. A light blush and cream color theme was accentuated by pops of gold and fresh greenery. The bride wore a romantic gown with tulle cap sleeves and a sweetheart neckline. The wedding party was a mix of family and friends - and a dapper doggie groomsman! The couple chose to use dirt from their family homes to plant a small “unity” tree during the ceremony. Later, guests took Polaroid photos next to a vintage couch and gold frame before attaching them to the guest book with a note to the couple. Candice and Willie created a wall of family wedding photos that guests gazed at as they entered the reception. Dinner and dessert were served next to exposed brick walls and hanging floral arrangements. Sticking with the plant theme, the couple created a unique seed packet with their initials as a favor to their guests. After eating all the cupcakes and donuts they desired, the couple was sent out into the sweet summer air as newlyweds.
