The Darling Wedding Co is a place for couples to find a planner, who not only has over fifteen years of knowledge to pull from, but to find a friend to call to vent to when the pressure gets to be too much. As Dane County’s longest running planning company we understand that this is a super exciting time, but also a little bit stressful. We’re here to help you kick all that stress to the curb and get straight to the party. We promise to do everything in our power to turn your dreams into reality while providing a collaborative, creative, and fun process. We offer planning packages ranging from "we just need a little help before the wedding and on our special day" to "we have no clue where to start and don't have time to figure it out!”

“We chose the event director package and it was worth every penny. Jayme is incredibly knowledgeable about the wedding industry and has established relationships with Madison area vendors, which made her an invaluable consultant throughout our planning process. Jayme met with us on at least 4 occasions prior to the wedding and exchanged many more emails and phone calls with us. She helped us create a timeline, gave us suggestions for vendors, and even provided us with a contact for a babysitter for our 5-year old daughter. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Jayme contacted our vendors and in some cases, met with them in person to discuss logistics. She facilitated our rehearsal dinner and worked tirelessly on the day of the wedding--from set up in the morning to tear down at midnight. Jayme also assigned one of her staff members to watch and escort our daughter on the day of the wedding so that we, and our close family, could enjoy ourselves knowing that our daughter was safe and having the time of her life at her first wedding.
