Garden Party For a bouquet that’s as meaningful as it is beautiful, Erin Joswick of daffodil*parker wrapped her grandmother’s sunburst brooch around the stems and dotted the flower arrangement with lockets and pins. Dainty garden flowers such as hyacinth, anemones, cineraria, mums, ranunculus, lemonade sumac and dusty miller enhance the bouquet’s heirloom feel.
2. Shades of Pale Jane Kinney of J. Kinney Florist looked to her favorite flowers such as white hydrangea, ivory ranunculus and panda anemones with purple-black centers as inspiration for this bouquet. To accent the subtle hues and add a personal touch, Kinney draped within the flowers an antique necklace, a piece of jewelry worn by her aunt in the 1940s.
3. Vintage Appeal For florists like Blooms’ owner Brandi Mueller, the stem is the obvious place for a personal item: The bride knows it’s there, but it doesn’t stand out too much to others or in photos. To coordinate with the brooch she added, Mueller used shades of purple in roses, cymbidium orchids, hellebores and fritillaria for a decidedly vintage vibe.

All Dressed Up With tightly wrapped stems and cloth-covered buttons all in a row, Kellie Engelke of Personal Expressions created a bouquet that just might look a little bit like your grandmother’s wedding gown. Heirloom details include a small framed photo and sparkly family jewelry tucked into an array of peonies, antique-pink hydrangeas, pink mini calla lilies, astilbe, ranunculus and lamb’s ear.
5. Love & Lace Red garden roses, ranunculus, bouvardia, dusty miller and chocolate cosmos create the backdrop for this romantic bouquet created by Jamae Ramsden, owner of Flora Designs by Jamae. A vintage handkerchief wrapped with jute twine and a photo-bearing locket around the base make for the perfect mix of sweet and rustic.
6. Vision in White The toned-down palette in this arrangement by Garden Laurels by Sager owner Donna Sager guarantees a light and airy bouquet. White freesia, tulips and ranunculus pop against the dazzling green backdrop of ladyslipper orchids, berzelia and sea star Aussie fern, and a vintage brooch and handkerchief tied around the stems complete the soft, delicate aesthetic.
