Milwaukee’s Ivy House becomes an Italian country villa in this lush setup created by Events to a T. Hanging baskets, lemons and greenery from Milwaukee Flower Co. add more Mediterranean ambience.

Sumptuous charcuterie platters from Fromagination tempt with mouthwatering meats, olives, nuts, bread, dried fruits, crackers and Wisconsin small-batch cheeses, from Alpine style to aged cheddars. There’s even a small three-tiered “cheese cake” made with a trio of goat and cow’s milk soft ripened cheeses.

Macarons—as pretty as they are tasty —get a citrus twist, as a garnish and a flavor.

Fanciful citrus-blend craft cocktails from Ivy House—this one incorporating freshly squeezed lemon juice, triple sec, vodka, simple syrup and a good shake—are a refreshing accompaniment to the delicacies on hand.

The palest of pale hues and classic letterpress printing make this stationery from Bay View Printing Co. a memorable invitation suite.

Neutrals rule in this sublime table setting with scalloped-edge dinnerware, natural cane chargers, linen napkins and flatware with a shimmer of gold. Pastel posies and candles complete the look.

Here comes our bride with a divine custom creation from Greige Patisserie, where the sky’s the limit for cake and frosting flavors. Textured buttercream is artfully enhanced with dried blood oranges, limes and other citrus, while rosemary sprigs add an aromatic touch.

Can’t decide between ice cream or cake? Enjoy the best of both worlds with Nice Bite Ice Cream’s lemon poppyseed ice cream. It starts with a small-batch ice cream base combined with homemade lemon curd and lemon poppyseed bread. Other delicious combinations include strawberries and cream, French toast and gooey butter cake.

Simple in design, bold in color, this cake brightens the table with its orange base and sculpted top layer, enhanced with soft brushstrokes of gold and topped with a lacey tuille.

What better way to display the tasty offerings at this Italian-inspired affair than on this charming wheeled dessert cart?
