It’s only natural (pun intended) that a romantic lakeside cabin proposal led to a stunning rustic wedding for Stacy Ritter and Aaron Shaske. The couple, who originally met through friends, reconnected when Aaron moved back to Wisconsin after serving in the Coast Guard. As a fiddler played and horses frolicked in nearby fields, the couple walked down the aisle at the Enchanted Barn last summer. Stacy and Aaron dreamed of a wedding with a casual vibe and achieved that vision by adding bohemian details—they stood on a Turkish rug during the ceremony, escort cards hung from macramé, plants and driftwood highlighted the décor and the bridesmaids wore crowns of lush greenery. Friends and family kicked up their heels on the upper level, while the lower level found guests cozying up by the fireplaces or toasting s’mores over the bonfire outdoors.
