Sweet Springtime Wedding Cakes
One of our favorite ways to add hints of spring to your wedding day is through your cake. Light pastel hues like lemon yellow and lilac make for charming seasonal colors, as well as adding fresh blooms (or edible ones!) such as peonies or baby's breath for decoration. Wanting to keep it simple? Ditch the frills and opt for a rough buttercream, adding fresh berries or sprigs of lavender for texture. Feeling fancy? Edible gold flakes, a water-color effect icing or an ornate cake stand will elevate the look of your dessert. Whether you choose greenery to bring the outside in or stick to a single tone with a fun cake topper, there are endless ways to make your cake a part of spring!
