The modern-day romance of Carolyn Wurzer and Travis Hale started with Instagram “likes,” followed by an online request by Travis to meet for coffee, when the two hit it off immediately. When the day arrived for the couple to share their wedding vows, guests were led down a narrow outdoor path adorned with floral arches and hanging vines to a tucked-away pocket of lush greenery reminiscent of a secret garden. “I will never forget how relieved and relaxed I felt when I finally saw Travis at the arbor that we got married under,” says Carolyn, recalling how they saved their special first look for the ceremony. The couple’s gorgeous reception looked like it was right out of a storybook, complete with a sunset sky in a shade of pink that perfectly matched the flowers. With a nod to their first date, the bride’s father home-roasted coffee to serve to guests, honoring the bride and groom as the “perfect blend.”
