Brides will find both fashion-forward and totally timeless styles in our boutique. We encourage brides to have fun and be open-minded when shopping!

What bridal gown designers do you carry?

For a full list of the designers we work with, please visit our website.

What is your philosophy towards working with brides?

At White Dress, we believe love is in the details and we invite brides to experience the difference. The bride is our number one priority always, in all ways.

What type of wedding accessories do you carry?

At White Dress Bridal Boutique, you will find veils, headpieces of all kinds, jewelry, belts, sashes, furs, garters, clutches, and, one of our favorite must-haves for newly engaged brides: Baublerella! Your stylist will work with you to complete your ‘head to hem’ style vision.

If you already have a special accessory or two (shoes, an heirloom bracelet, your sister’s veil, etc.) please don’t hesitate to bring them to your appointment!

Do you require an appointment to try on dresses?

Your time at White Dress Bridal Boutique is incredibly special. Because we strive to provide an exceptional, exclusive, individualized 90 minute experience for each and every bride, we are by appointment only. Our boutique is open Wednesdays - Sundays and appointments can be booked by phone (414-897-7208) or on our website.

For those seeking the ultimate in exceptional, exclusive, individualized wedding dress shopping, consider booking a White Carpet Experience.

Are on-site alterations available?

We do not offer alterations on-site, however, we happily and confidently refer our brides to local seamstress and designer, Maria Arteaga.

Do you offer gown preservation?

Yes! For details on this service, please visit our website.

How long does it typically take from the time you order a dress to the time it arrives?

Dresses that are shipped straight from the designer can take up to 6 months to arrive from the time we place your order. Size, length, or style customizations increase the time it takes for your dress to arrive. Once your dress has been shipped, personally inspected, and steamed here at White Dress, your stylist will call you to schedule a pick-up appointment.

For brides with tighter timelines, our ‘DOT Dresses’ are an excellent alternative. These dresses have been discounted, they’re one-of-a-kind (will not be reordered), and they’re available to take home same day.

Will you store my gown until the week before the wedding? Will it be pressed when I pick it up?

Absolutely! We request that you come in to pick up your dress within 10 days of its arrival at the boutique, however, we will store your wedding dress for longer if needed. A small fee will be incurred for dresses that are stored at the boutique past 10 days.

Once your dress arrives, it will be personally inspected and steamed by your stylist. Your dress and accessories will go home with you in a beautiful, easy to hang garment bag.

Is there anything else you would like me to know?

We look forward to meeting you, celebrating your engagement, and helping you find your dream dress! Cheers!
