If you've always wanted to participate in the chalk yielding running events, such as The Color Run or Color Me Rad, but--like me--prefer only to run if being chased by a wild animal, then the answer is to get engaged...or at very least set up a fun photo session with Shaunae Teske Photography. Alicia and Frank didn't want the typical engagement shoot; they didn't want boring. So the couple ordered some colored chalk on Amazon.com and the rest is a hue-filled picture history. Fantastic fun that you just can't miss!
When the couple wasn't spreading the color love, they cleaned up quite nicely for the rest of their more traditional engagement session. Swooning over the sweet pair!

These two lovebirds first met back when Alicia was working at the Wellington. Shortly after meeting they started dating and both of them knew this was something special. When Frank started working out his proposal, he wanted to make it a huge surprise for Alicia. So with the help of his family, he had them tell her they were planning a surprise birthday party for him! Alicia didn’t know anything was going on and started helping Frank’s mom plan a “surprise birthday party.” The night the fake birthday surprise was suppose to happen, Alicia was the one who received the shock of her life. In the backyard, Frank was waiting for her amongst hundreds of lit candles. Down on one knee, he asked her to marry him, and, of course, she said, “Yes!”
Their engagement session was all about fun, laughter, and color! Alicia shared with me that she wanted her engagement session to be different. She wanted something exciting and definitely not boring. I completely agreed and on the day of their shoot, Frank and Alicia brought color dust to play with and throw on each other for the session! The result was one awesome, hilarious, and super fun shoot!
