Enchanting and timeless, Tess Goris and Tommy Hoy’s early-autumn wedding leaned into soft pinks and opulent neutrals. The high school sweethearts celebrated their engagement at a serene lake in Wisconsin following a cinematic proposal during which the groom recruited a plane to fly a banner across the sky asking the bride to marry him.
On their wedding day, elevated Midwest charm exuded from every special moment as they embraced the stately warmth of The American Club. The day prior to the ceremony, Tess’ bridal party enjoyed a luxurious spa day and luncheon in the lush gardens of the venue, while Tommy and his groomsmen enjoyed a day of salmon fishing on Lake Michigan.
A rehearsal dinner at Whistling Straits captured the rustic vibe of a Wisconsin supper club, complete with cocktails served from the bed of a vintage Ford pickup truck.
