On a sunny July wedding day amidst the lush grounds of Fête, Inc., Mackenzie Amore and Ryan Kexel sought reprieve indoors for wedding portraits that reflected their unique love story. Having met at a bar, the pair had built their relationship over rounds of pool, competitive games of darts and cocktails with friends. A reflection of their journey to marriage, Mackenzie and Ryan were artfully photographed by Molly Khanna in the groom suite’s game room. “Molly had the most creative vision, and she executed it so beautifully,” Mackenzie raves of the experience. “She didn’t just show up with a camera; she really invested in us and built such a genuine connection.” Capturing the couple stealing kisses beside the billiard table alongside intentionally scattered pool balls and holding hands with a dart board between them, their favorite playful pastimes were transformed into romantic, timeless and distinctive photos. Undeniably authentic to the newlyweds, these moments became some of Mackenzie’s favorites of the day. “When I look at the photos of us with cocktails in hand, leaning over the pool table, or laughing by the dartboard...I see us exactly as we are,” she said.
