The vision for this shoot was inspired entirely by decadence. Rich jewel tones set in what is quite simply a slice of Tuscany in the Midwest at Villa Bellezza Winery, swept us away to Europe for an afternoon. Luscious cascading florals from Poppy Lane poured over a gorgeous tablescape highlighted by gold-rimmed chargers and flatware, lace-lined linens, and elegant gold candelabras.
The bride wore a stunning two-piece Houghton NYC gown from The White Room highlighted by a dazzling vintage white gold and diamond engagement ring. The ensemble was complimented beautifully by a vintage lounge space using mustard and emerald crushed velvet furniture, nestled in the Piazza of the winery. Adding to the Southern European luxury, a stone fountain adorns the center of the space and fills the air with the peaceful sound of flowing water.
Fresh berry tarts, a gold leaf-accented cake, and red velvet mini bundt cakes by Farina Bakeshop set the tone for the curated dessert buffet atop antique gold nesting tables. The invitation suite designed by Peach Creative Co. was a vision of loveliness, and the perfect way to set the tone for the fairytale jewel-toned wedding with a lace-inspired invitation and deep fall hues throughout.
