Tiarra Jones was at Keyandre Clayton’s workplace seeking assistance, and after his “excellent customer service,” they chatted for two hours about everything from traveling to life goals. “It’s funny how they say you don’t find your soulmate by looking,” she observes. Months later, around Valentine’s Day, Keyandre asked Tiarra out. A year and a half later, Keyandre asked for Tiarra’s hand in marriage on Christmas Day amid the lights of downtown Milwaukee, surrounded by close friends and family. Although the couple had to cut their guest list to 40 due to the pandemic, the venue was overflowing with love. A marquee “Love” sign topped with balloons cast a glow as the couple exchanged vows. And because of the smaller guest list, the bride could give them a classy “white glove experience.” Tables filled with roses, orchids and greenery matched the dreamy palette of pinks, whites and green. The unique cake decorated with pink, white, and gold buttercream was a crowd pleaser, featuring a champagne filling. One of Tiarra’s favorite biblical quotes mentions love as the greatest gift of all—exactly what the new couple captured on their unforgettable day.
