Emily + Matt: UW Grads Marry in Madison

Emily and Matt were married on a beautiful day in Madison, WI. University of Wisconsin graduates, the couple wanted to return to a town that held many memories and friends. Emily and Matt were full of anticipation and excitement getting ready before the ceremony at the historic Luther Memorial Church. The wedding party took a trolley ride to the capital for post-ceremony photos while guests gathered at the Edgewater hotel on Lake Mendota for a classically styled reception. Inspired by the ocean, Emily chose navy and sparkly gold as the color theme of the day, along with warm creams and champagne tones. The bride added her touch to the invitations, signage, and the labels on the Wisconsin-shaped cookie favors. Guests kept the dance floor full the entire evening and Bucky Badger even made a special appearance!
