Erin and Jeremy Lynch wanted to support as many local vendors, producers and
artists as possible for their wedding weekend. A ceremony for the very closest of close took place on Friday
night, followed by a multi-course meal put on by friends of L’Etoile Resturant under the pines of the
groom’s family’s historic chapel lawn. On Saturday, more guests joined for a
variety of outdoor activities, a cocktail hour where guests played lawn games
in front of the giant Catalpa tree while sipping cocktail punches like The Bee
Sting (Enos Farms' famous ginger, lemon, bourbon and local honey beverage) and
nibbled on local delights like seasonal vegetables, fresh water trout and
honeycomb from the farm. The evening ended with sparklers, dancing in the
pavilion and singing songs until the wee hours of the morning. Sunday was the
last hoorah, with a brunch under the pavilion and a refreshing rain to
celebrate the week’s end and send the new couple off to their new life
together.
