Jessie Austin was hands down the best vendor of our team! From the very beginning, Jessie was incredibly organized, communicative, and attentive to every detail. She took the time to understand our vision and brought it to life even better than we imagined. She worked closely with all of our vendors to ensure a seamless day and smooth, precise timeline so a moment did not go forgotten. One of our favorite elements was the beautiful tablescapes she designed, along with our “Champagne of Beers” wall, which became such a fun and memorable highlight for our guests. Jessie’s eye for detail ensured that everything looked cohesive, polished, and uniquely us. She helped us tell our story through details and intimate moments that we will remember forever. On the day itself, her calm and collected presence was contagious. Our family and friends were relaxed and fully present to enjoy the celebration, and that's a direct reflection of how well Jessie had everything handled behind the scenes. Jessie was truly everything we needed and more. From the very beginning, she was incredibly organized and kept us on budget without ever making us feel restricted. She felt more like a friend throughout the months of planning - she cared about us and our day. Anytime something started to feel overwhelming, she stepped in and handled it seamlessly. She also completely took over email communication (which is not my strong suit), coordinating with every vendor and responding so quickly. Everything felt so seamless, and I never once felt behind. On the day of our wedding, we even had an issue with candles (which I didn’t find out about until after!), and she handled it entirely without it ever reaching me. That says everything. She fully understood our vision, but somehow made it even better than we imagined. She was running around so calm focused, and completely unphased by anything. She has an exceptional eye for design, and her organization and professionalism are unmatched. She made planning our wedding a true joy. Jessie was always there to answer our questions, talk through our options, and provide guidance every step of the way. She was incredibly responsive and made the entire planning process feel seamless. Knowing that Jessie had everything under control allowed us to truly enjoy the weeks leading up to our wedding without stress. She also went above and beyond when we decided at the last minute to add a lounge area near the dance floor. Just days before the wedding, she secured beautiful couches and ottomans, and the space ended up being a huge hit throughout the night. Jessie will always find a way to make your vision a reality. The best decision we made was trusting Jessie’s experience and judgment. We truly had the best day of our lives, and so much of that was because we knew we were in the best hands. If you’re looking for a wedding planner who is organized, thoughtful, incredibly talented, and will give you a completely stress-free experience, Jessie is the one.
