Childhood sweethearts Priscilla Heredia and Cory Bucy first met at 15, and what began as a friendship quickly blossomed into love. When Priscilla left for college, the pair made long-distance work, and after nine years together, Cory asked her to marry him. Their wedding took place at The Ivy House in Milwaukee on a rainy day that added a touch of magic to the celebration. The couple chose light, airy florals that contrasted beautifully with the gray skies. Priscilla looked ethereal in an off-the-shoulder lace gown, joined by her bridesmaids in champagne-colored dresses for the ceremony surrounded by flourishing greenery and pine trees. Cory and his groomsmen wore classic tuxedos, with Cory opting for a timeless double-breasted style. Before entering the reception, the couple held a sand ceremony, pouring different colored sand into a glass box to symbolize their union. Inside, guests were welcomed into a warm, romantic space with ivy-covered walls, glowing lights and tables dressed in crisp white linens and elegant florals. Personal touches filled the evening, from cocktail napkins featuring their beloved dog, Pluto, to the joy of being surrounded by family and friends.
