A self-professed “major sucker for art,” Stephanie Hunt knew that she wanted her wedding to have lots of striking artistic touches. So she went for vintage chic, incorporating pinks, varying textures, lace and pearls. As she and her groom, Steven Smokovich, took a first peek at their reception space at the Turner Hall Ballroom, they were absolutely awestruck. “We looked down at the untouched room before the guests arrived and shared an amazing, intimate moment that was just for us,” the bride recalls. They caught sight of floral centerpieces dripping with pearls, immaculate tablescapes and a unique figure topping the wedding cake: a custom bobble-head figurine made in their likeness, complete with their puppy, Mio, that the bride commissioned from an artist on Etsy. After their big day, the keepsake found a special spot in their home, a one-of-a-kind reminder of their blissful one-of-a-kind love.
