For Rachel and Nicholas, it all began sophomore year of college at the University of Kansas. Five years after their initial meeting, the couple tied the knot in Milwaukee at the ethereal Plant Nº4 by Black Swan MKE overlooking spectacular views among loved ones. A traditional ceremony at Old St Mary Catholic Church set the stage for our couple to exchange vows beneath dramatic cathedral architecture before the elegant reception at Plant Nº4, which integrated luscious florals into more formal black and white design elements. Bridesmaids' brought their own subtle infusion of color in lovely pale pink dresses accessorized with gorgeous dangling pearl earrings. Found at White Dress Bridal Boutique, Rachel's wedding gown was also a show-stopping number featuring a lace bodice and cascading full skirt. For the reception, black tablecloths added a modern, moody edge to the otherwise white-hued design, which featured sumptuous elevated floral arrangements as centerpieces. Matching with Plant Nº4's natural ambience, golden accents were also a design motif in signage and tablescapes. From Lake Michigan to the Milwaukee Art Museum, C.Mae Photography captured an array of gorgeous couple portraits that paid homage to the charming backdrop of Milwaukee to top off their unforgettable day.
Rachel and Nicholas tied the knot with a gorgeous Midwest wedding featuring lakeside views and classic details.
