John and Marissa's wedding photos read like a love letter to the city of Madison. The day began with a traditional Catholic wedding, surrounded by friends and family, in the bright and airy St. Albert the Great Catholic Church. After a few quiet moments to themselves, the couple were congratulated with a pom-pom send-off and hopped aboard a vintage trolley with their wedding party in tow. The trolley took the joyous group to many lovely destinations around the city, including the Memorial Union Terrace and the Wisconsin State Capitol building. The group rejoined guests for an evening of lively dining, games, and music played on vinyl records at The Madison Concourse Hotel and Governor's Club. Towards the end of the night, the pair slipped off to take portraits and dance in the city streets as the sun vanished below the horizon.
