Inspired by the theme “Unlocking Endless Possibilities,” Wisconsin Bride’s Best of 2026 celebration embraced a moody speakeasy aesthetic filled with velvet textures, dramatic lighting and immersive entertainment from beginning to end. Hosted at The Sylvee and designed by the sharp planners at Midwestern Bride, the evening welcomed the state’s wedding industry leaders into a richly layered atmosphere where hidden-lounge glamour met modern celebration.
Guests first gathered for an elevated VIP cocktail hour presented by Flour Girl & Flame, enjoying curated bites and cocktails while mingling beneath warm lighting and lush floral installations from 1209 Creative. Throughout the venue, FEST Paper + Design created sophisticated stationery and signage that tied together the event’s branding, while Event Essentials provided rentals and linens (for the awards as well as the party that followed) that grounded the celebration in timeless elegance. Attendees also enjoyed a live cigar rolling experience from ACA Entertainment, adding another interactive layer to the evening’s speakeasy-inspired ambiance. Inside the awards space, Milwaukee Airwaves transformed the venue through lighting design, DJ services, rentals and a luxe cigar lounge experience that became one of the cocktail hour’s standout moments.
As attendees made their way into the awards ceremony, The Sylvee was fully transformed into a cinematic setting layered with glowing candlelight, rich textures and dramatic staging. Blue Plate Catering served elevated cuisine throughout the evening while live music from Guyton Entertainment added energy and sophistication to the celebration. Wisconsin Bride’s team looked effortlessly polished thanks to hair and makeup by The Bridal Beauty Team as they honored the state’s top wedding professionals throughout the ceremony. Labbe Photography captured every moment through photos, while Character D Films documented the awards celebration on video. Social Brides Collective preserved the evening’s energy in real time through behind-the-scenes content and social coverage, while Natural Intuition Photography snapped shots of the winners.
Following the awards presentation, guests transitioned to The Tinsmith for an after-party designed and planned by Olive Branch Events Co. The industrial-chic venue was reimagined as an intimate late-night lounge layered with velvet furnishings from Velvet Rentals, linens from Windy City Linen and florals by Made by Moriah. Hall Creative Co. carried the branding seamlessly into the second half of the evening with custom stationery and signage details that tied the full experience together.
David Charles Productions elevated the celebration with immersive lighting and photo booth experiences, while Celebrations Entertainment handled after-party AV and entertainment, keeping the dance floor packed long into the night. Guests were also treated to live artwork by Cayla the Painter, who captured the energy of the evening in real time as the festivities unfolded. B’SKI Wedding Films documented every unforgettable moment from the after-party.
To close out the evening, the Wisconsin Bride team retired to Hotel Indigo after a night filled with lively celebration. Wisconsin Bride’s Best of 2026 perfectly embodied the spirit of “Unlocking Endless Possibilities,” proving once again that the state’s wedding industry continues to raise the bar in extraordinary ways.
