A Colorful Engagement Shoot Brightens a Very Cloudy Day

Trends

I must admit that I get swept away when an engagement shoot looks right out of the pages of an Anthropologie catalogue. Kaitlin and Clark played with color in their stylish outfits, and paired vintage furniture with an almost eerie fog that was just happenstance for a December day in Madison. The effect, which was captured beautifully by Molly Jo Collection, were playful yet love-filled photos that the couple will treasure for their lifetime together to come.

From the photographer:

Clark and Kaitlin are kind and hilarious, stylish, and wildly in love. Madison experienced some nice weather in December, some days even reaching the 30s. We caught one of those days, but it came with fog so thick that we couldn't separate ourselves more than a few feet or we would disappear. This actually made their session that much more amazing; not many people can say that their engagement shoot was spent dancing in the clouds. They snuggled up in a vintage chair, read from the bible, got cozy under a tear drop umbrella, and sipped out of an adorable Anthropologie mug. These two are so in love and very ready to wed come May!
