There are a lot of ways to express romance and love in a couple's engagement session--kissing, looking deep into one another's eyes, cuddling, and the list goes on. But when an shoot captures the playful, childlike ways of a couple, that's when true emotions are on diplay for all to see and feel. Marc & Shayna AMENSON Studio accomplished just that when photographing Alli and Gavin. The couple took to an ice rink where their laughter and smiles, as well as the fun they felt, were truly genuine. There's so much joy in this couple's session, that we just had to share...

Alli and Galvin met when out with friends, and the rest is history. Galvin surprised Alli with a thoughtful proposal well planned out in a hotel in Chicago. Although when they walked in to the hotel room, the staff ended up decorating the wrong room, so no rose petals, wine, or decor were in the room when they arrived. Galvin had to think of a clever way to get Alli to the room that was decorated. They made it there, he proposed, and she said "yes"! They decided on a fun and playful engagement session at an outdoor ice rink in downtown Green Bay at Hegemeister Park, and afterwards they took a little walk on the trails in the snow at Barkhausen Waterfowl Preserve in Suamico.
