After meeting at the last possible moment before a cross-country move, Chelsea and Scott got engaged at the 19,341 ft. summit of Mount Kilimanjaro. The couple owns an organic farm and worked for months to restore the 1885 barn for their wedding. With an overall rustic theme, they implemented hanging lights and bouquets of bright wildflowers for the decor. To honor their family, the couple displayed their ancestors' wedding photos and read a Spanish poem to celebrate Chelsea’s Cuban heritage. The bride’s lace-adorned strapless dress was accompanied by an a family heirloom pearl necklace; Chelsea was the 36th bride to wear it in her family! From dancing the polka and salsa to featuring a best dog, this wedding was a celebration of months of hard work that ended with cherry pie.
